We aim to create an open work climate by nurturing an informal and relaxed atmosphere, as well as supporting each other and caring about everyone’s well-being. Our team currently consists of 10 people who operate from our modern urban offices at HOPE in Norrköping. The HOPE-house is a space created early 2023 as a melting pot for companies working with printed and organic electronics.

We are happy to have modern offices at an attractive location in the middle of Norrköping’s beautiful industrial landscape. Norrköping is a growing city close to both nature and the metropolitan areas of Sweden.

Paid time off
Recovery is important for us to be able to perform when we need to, and in addition to 30 days of vacation, we offer free squeeze days and half days before selected major public weekends.

I like to work at Ligna as it is a company with an interesting and challenging work environment where every employee has an impact on the company’s progress. What is really cool about my job here is I get to work with several large and advanced machines, where I even get to design, develop and build customized tools to integrate with the machines, for then to set up new fabrication processes in these systems.

I joined Ligna because of the company’s core values around sustainability and re-using residue material. At the time they reached out to me, I was working in the waste-to-energy sector, which is at the bottom step of the “waste hierarchy”.
